The trailer starts off with a build up of music it starts off very tense and straight away we are shown the main characters who in this film is the hobbit and his companions. The trailer starts off with a monologue from the hobbit as he talks through his friends and what they are too him. There then starts to be a build up of music as we find out that the hobbit is about to go an adventure. We are then shown a personality of the character as we see that he is very loving when he is talking to Gandalf we know he is Gandalf due to other films in this trilogy. We then see two cut pieces that explain who the director is of the film and what trilogy this film is linked too .
The music then starts to build up as we are introduced to new characters such as the elves and villains that the hobbit is having to face in his adventure the music then starts to mellow out as we feel that the hobbit is starting to overcome this adventure until the music starts to lift again as it shows us more action scenes this entices the audience as they are able to see two sides to the film good and evil . We are able to see all the surroundings in the film.
