After studying oceans eleven to thirteen music they all seem to have the same sound they consitnently go for an upbeat tune throughout this is because the ocean films are going for a more of a comic crime film where as me and Alex are going for a more classic crime film such as Goodfellas or the godfather in which they have more of a dark soundtrack into which the audience are always left wondering what will happen where as with the oceans soundtracks they leave the audience looking at the comedy of the film and the fight scenes rather than the plot line of the actual crime film
Me and Alex have decided that for this trailer we are going to design our own music using a music software app . We feel by doing this we can explore a broad route of music and really find the right sound for our trailer over a variety of different tunes rather than a copyrighted music that wouldn't give the trailer the authentic feel . By doing this we show the audience that the trailer has all of our touches on it
